Cute and portable
I really like that this is a small portable device that is also powerful enough to give results. It has vibration as well and can be used with products which is great. It fits in the palm of your hand and is straightforward and easy to use.

Mixed reviews
The media could not be loaded. This galvanic LED booster is small and portable and brags some nice health benefits when it comes to skin as far as iontephoresis current to help renew skin cells, red LED light for collagen regeneration and a pleasurable vibrating massage. It does recommend to use with applying cerrums, lotions and active ingredients so it's hard to tell which is benefiting the skin more this product or the skin products applied. The science behind the galvanic current and red light therapy has not been proven but I will say when I use this product the vibration and current are very relaxing, calming and pleasurable. Anyone that practices lymphatic massages could use this product to do the same areas. My biggest con is it staying on, sometimes I did have to apply more pressure to get the light and massager to stay on and when my mother tried it it wouldn't work on her face at all so it wasn't completely dependable. It did come with 2 CR2032 5V batteries so maybe it will work better once I replace them.

Contrary to other reviews, It works consistently... read on! And seems to help!
The media could not be loaded. I wasn't exactly sure the purpose of this item when I chose it, I only did because I am interested in red light therapy. I really did not understand the "galvanic" part until I looked it up: " Sometimes referred to as cosmetic electrotherapy, galvanic current can be used to infuse skin tissue and facial muscles with a low to medium electrical current, facilitating such positive effects as stimulating blood circulation, boosting cellular metabolism, breaking down congestion in the pores, and even providing a form of non-surgical face lifting. "So you put your lotion or cream or whatever facial treatment you desire onto your face and glide this over. The instructions come that come with it show the preferred movement direction for use of the parts of your face and neck. There is no on and off button, it comes on automatically as soon as it touches the skin. It feels like a small vibration and has a red light during treatment. At first I thought the device was not working properly because after a few seconds it would seem to not come on when it touched my skin. I realized that it does need something wet (slick, glide) to work. It needs wetness to activate the electro microcurrent aspect of this. In other words, when my lotion became absorbed into my skin this device no longer worked and as soon as I put more lotion on it worked just fine. It does not work well with oils unless you put lotion or serum or something on top of the oil. It does get contrary on bony areas (the forehead, back of hands) which considering what it is supposed to stimulate in the skin it makes sense that fat cells would need to be present under the epidermis. You must also be touching the top silver part while gliding. I've only used it a few times and it might be my imagination but I do feel like I see some difference. As in, some minor wrinkle reduction and definite smoothness to the skin. I am 53 years old for reference. There is not much in the instructions with this device. It performs on two 2032 button cell batteries (included) which can be accessed by unscrewing off the silver top. It can be unscrewed by just a minor turn and lifting off, not repeated unscrewing. It is a lightweight device, mostly plastic and has a rubber cap to store when not in use. So far I am pretty satisfied with this product. I've had other similar products show up on my social media pages for a lot more money and they get good reviews in the comments. I think this product is worth me taking a before pic and in a few months take an after. It is my intent to do so and update (if I don't forget!)

Small, simple to use device w vibration cell massage and red light therapy to use w face products.
This face red light therapy device is simple to use. In general red light therapy can be used on clean skin without creams and serum but directions say to be used with products and that makes it easier to move around your face.Put cream or serum on face, neck..whatever your routine is. There is no off and on button, you just hold the top and put on your face and it will operate as long as you are holding to skin. Move it around your face—Inside to out—with strokes or circles. The Cellpod Galvanic device is gentle vibration coupled with red light therapy, tissue massage and your own products. It operates on two 2032 batteries. Face massage helps circulation, stimulates cells, so in turn helps facial skin.Although not proven yet, the results I’ve read in studies have been good. The results can be increased collagen production (elasticity), increased blood circulation , decreased inflammation/redness, and maybe decreased wrinkles and scars.I adopted a mantra of whatever might help but doesn’t harm (within reason). So far it’s easy to use, feels good, helps my face serum and creams absorb better. Only maintenance is wiping after each use. Easy to incorporate into my routine, and small enough to take anywhere.

It not as pratical as it seems
At first look and after reading all the beneficial claims behind this device, it appeared to be a good choice for on-the-go people who need something small enough to throw in your bad but still powerful to do the job. However, I was very disappointed with its performance once I had the chance to use it. To get the device working, you are supposed to press against the skin as you hold it. The problem is that it works sometimes only. When I move it in any direction on my skin, it stops working, and other times it works. The instructions tell us to use serum with the device; while a good idea, how do I know if the device is responsible for improving my skin or the serum? Does it not work without using a serum? In any case, the inconsistency in its operation is the reason for the two stars.
