Draper 13855 Multi-Rasp Shaver á

Great for getting the ice out the freezer. I know I should defrost it but can’t be bothered with all that mess !Would also be good for getting the hard skin off your feet and using it as Parmesan for dinner guests that you don’t like.

So far I have used this tool to shape foam for cushions and shave down the top of a wooden draw. It's still as good after doing these things as when I opened the packet and whats also good is you get a spare blade. For what its designed to do it performs very well. A good edition to my tool box!

Haven't actually used it yet but it looks and feels sturdy, if you have a job which this kind of tool would be perfect then I would recommend this DRAPER brand who are recognised in the trade and to DIY's alike as a brand you can trust

Used this to smooth off an edge of kitchen worktop that I had to cut. It's not as good as a proper wood plane but it seemed to work - certainly could see the bits of shaved worktop dropped away as I used it

Bought to shave some foam off motorbike seat to reshape it Did the job just fine. Subtract one star due to arriving with light surface rust on both blades.

Used it to smooth over a curve in a piece of 18mm mdf, I was sceptical having used spoke-shaves previously but it did the job.

This has got to be the most versatile tool in the world. You can scrape paint off with it or do (not so) delicate carpentry with it, you can sculpt wood or stone and when you're tired and on a break you can grate cheese on your sandwich with it!
