I have a 900lb Arabian mare but which size?

Average. Plus the nose band is adjustable. I have a 900lb quarter horse. She has a smaller nose. Fits great - I have the average size. Large is warm blood size and small is pony size. Have a great ride!

I bought a regular size teke halter for my horse and it's way to big. is weaver more true to the sizes?

We bought 2 of these, "average" size, several years ago when our 2 Arabians were going on 2 yrs. Enough adjustments to fit them well then, and continue to fit as they matured. And, they look great!

what size would fit a percheron?

I have the Large Horse size for a 16.3 hand warmblood. I am not too sure it would be large enough for a Percheron head....

Are the measurements of the halters listed anywhere so I don't have to guess?

Yes, specs at bottom. Average was fine for my quarter horse. He's 15.5 hands. The large is way too big.
