I am not sure. However they were lovely. If I you like different types of licorice these are great. Slightly salty and slightly sweet. Hope this helps. Go for it.

Are these soft, hard or inbetween? Are these sweet, salty or sour? looking for something similar to double salted but w/ some sweetness, is this it?

In between hard and soft, but almost crumbly. I've only had these once so I don't know if that is normal or if they were older maybe. I like salted candy but find the double salted too much. These are more sweet but not too much, not sour at all. Not too salty. I found you can taste the honey. Based on what you are looking for, I don't think they wil be salty enough. But I liked them!
