just retired recently and was looking for an activity to do that is fun and would provide some health benefits like walking or biking (need another one to add to mix things up). then came pickleball! this set is the prefect beginner set for me! i used to play racketball but stop because my knees and ankles are not as strong anymore. this set made my crossing over to pickleball a breeze. yes, i do still have to run and yes there is a lot of bending but they are all doable for me. i like that this set came with two rackets and a few balls so you can always play with my wife or some other willing body. the rackets are not heavy but feels solid in hand hand. this set has definitely encourage me to play. adds the dun in playing! recommended for all begginers like me!
