No Instruction Manual!
It is stated in Amazon website that package includes Instruction Manual. So, it is hard for non-Japanese users to set up. The set is so well designed and built but setting up is taking away a lot of the joy for a 65 year old grandma setting up for her granddkids. Please be consider including little dolls (Officers and pedestrians) to up the fun factor.

4歳の子供が喜んで毎日遊んでいますトミカとプラレールで合わせて遊べるところがいいですモーター音がうるさいのでそれに合わせて音声もかなり大きめです音声のオンオフが出来ると親もストレスなく遊ばせてあげられるのになーと思います笑
