Direct replcement, works great
Its been in and working fine for a couple months. Solved my 4 low "wrench" problem. An easy do it yourself repair. The only confusing thing for me at first was the "blue" wire that is separate from the rest of the wiring going to the plug. It was easiest to just cut that wire and then remove the whole assembly and work on it on a bench to remove and transfer that wired "pin" to the new plug. Wrench the new assembly into place and then splice the wire back together, shrink wrap it(2x) to seal out the elements, reloom it start the engine and then switch it to its various settings. It should set itself correctly.
