Five Stars!!! and great product with step by step instructions
Item as described. This brand offer 5 mouth guards, and it comes with cleansing tablets that is a big plus for me. I clench my teeth at night so this is a perfect solution for me. It's reasonable price and very easy to follow. They really give you step by step instructions on how to mold the mouth guards at home. I was able to get it right after the first try. I would recommend this product and I would definitely read and watch the video instructions before you start so you have a better understanding on how to mold the guard. I did two so I can use one as my whitening tray.

They fall out of your mouth when you are sleeping.
I like that it does make me stop grinding my teeth. However, I don't like that it keeps falling out of my mouth when I am sleeping. I've tried shaping new ones 3 times and they are good for the first night and then they start falling out again. I would not recommend these to others.
