Unpretentious Horseradish Powder, 2 Cups, Spicy Root Powder, Sharp & Strong Flavor, Non GMO

This horseradish powder is very fine and white and packed to the brim of the sealed jar. It is hot and tastes like horseradish should, without any moldy notes. I had to look up horseradish powder, as I've never bought it this way before. I plan to mix this with ketchup to make cocktail sauce, which is much more economical than buying those little jars of prepared horseradish. What I found out in my brief research is that powdered horseradish is not as spicy as fresh, and that powdered horseradish should be refrigerated after opening to keep from spoiling. I also plan to use this anytime I make Asian cooking for a wasabi flavored kick.
