I have bought hair for years (beauty supply & virgin) and have found that this hair lasts a while. I've had it for 10 months (6 months in the picture) and it's still holding up. It's flowy when straightened even til this day. The hair takes flat ironing well (I use the 400 degree heat setting). I use heat protectant spray whenever I flat iron it ("Fantasia Hair Polisher Heat Protector Straightening Spray"). It also curls well and maintains the curls. It also looks really nice when blow dried (it's flowy). I would recommend that you avoid excessive products (no oil, butters, or unnecessary hair lotions...etc) and wash it regularly (the dirt build-up will make it look stiff otherwise). The hair is dryer than most extensions but it's because it is coarser hair (It's supposed to mimic coarse hair types). After washing & air drying, it returns to the original thick coarse look. I haven't had any issues with matting aside from some mild tangling when wet after washing (but it goes away when combed out & dry). The clips hold well but the black paint on them eventually peels off to reveal the metal frame (but it doesn't show anyway). The hair color is a little lighter than 1B, but not too noticible unless in bright sun light...even then it's not bad. My hair blends amazingly well, I have 4b+4c hair. I would definitely recommend this hair. Best features = longevity & low maintenance. I needed 2 packs because I braided the majority of my hair underneath and only left out the top & edges), but you really only need one pack if you are going to leave your hair out in between each layer and you just need a few pieces to add volume/length. This hair is worth it. I'm impressed.UPDATE: Had these clip ins for a year now. Still in great condition as listed above. I'll wear them for 2- 3 weeks at a time (never taking them out during this time), then wash them & reinstall. I also take 1- 2 months in between to switch up hairstyles. When I have them installed, I sleep in them too (I use a silk scarf). I think the hair has lasted so long due to using heat protectant spray with each flat-ironing, washing after each installation (I never wash them while in my hair), air dry (no blow dry needed), wrapping it at night with a silk scarf, and the MAIN thing is avoiding all products aside from shampoo & heat protectant spray). That means NO conditioner (leaves film) or oily butters (attracts dirt & gives stiff appearance). I use "Kinky Curly" brand shampoo on the hair. I'm still very happy with the hair. Still looking for some great long-lasting kinky curly clip ins, but I'm done testing out straight ones since I found them in this hair.

I had my reservations buying hair on Amazon because I've purchased costume wigs and bundles of weave and they shed horribly. I didn't know what to expect. I read the reviews and some were bad, so that worried me but surprisingly I wasn't disappointed!!Pros: soft and blended in really well with my 4a hair. I only just figured out what my hair texture was. I bought 3c hair before but it was too shiny and didn't match my flat ironed hair. This hair was perfect!!! I soaked it in fabric softener and shampoo and then conditioned it and it didn't shed at all!!!!! Not one bit. I let it air dry and lightly flat ironed it. I bought two packs and used a total of 10 clips. I could've gone with the seven maybe but I didn't try. What was left over was 2 pieces with 3 clips and 2 pieces with 2 clips.Cons: it smelled really bad right out of the package, like chemicals. There's no way you can wear it straight out of the package. You have to wash and soak the hair. You should always wash it anyway but I had to soak it for at least 3 hours.Overall I'm still super happy. I usually spend $100+ on sewins and that doesn't include the hair so this was a huge savings. By the 3rd day I wanna take the hair out and I get frustrated with the braids underneath, so this is fantastic bc I can always take out and put in the clip ins whenever I want. I would definitely buy it again.

The media could not be loaded.  I underestimated my ability to install these clip- ins ... the girls on YouTube make it look so easy! So to my beginners PLACEMENT IS EVERYTHING ..I originally bought 1 10” but after rocking with it for a day lol I decided to go ahead and purchase the 12” as well .. 1 pack was not enough for my big head and extremely short hair ( in between the twa and neck length short) 2 packs works well .. the color is more on the brown side — (I’m not into the coloring and extra steps) .. it’s blends with the little bit of leave out that you can see on top so not a big deal for me .. I did not notice a smell at all .. I only conditioned it using Pantene Smoothing Conditioner .. and towel dried them .. I have 1clip that came apart but I honestly do not care it’s a quick fix and I was about to come out of pocket 175$ for a sew in to look just like the clip ins so With a broken clip it’s still a win && they send you 2 clips per bundle which I thought was nice .. I do wear them to sleep wrapped under my silk bonnet and use nothing but a wide tooth comb and paddle brush to manipulate the hair .. I would buy this hair again .. it’s a good price and once you get the hang of the clip ins it’s easy to install literally takes 10-20 mins1) picture is only with the 10 inch2) picture is with 10 &12”3) video after conditioned and hair driedI would recommend these to a friend

I've had this hair for a few months now. I thought I was getting 1B color hair but it was very brown with light brown streaks so I dyed it using Black Licorice by Garnier for the 1b. Came out great! It is a little tough to straighten so I use a hot comb first then flat iron but every time I wash it goes straight back to it's original texture. Beautiful! Very versatile I have done so many styles, perfect for people who want realistic hair. The clips are fragile I've had to sew a few back on. I ordered two packs and so far one has been enough. I did have to clip the ends not too long ago. Really easy to put in for any style takes me a good 15-30mins with relaxed hair that's not braided.

The hair quality is great so far. I straightened it and it is still full. I don't need the whole pack to achieve realistic looking fullness. One really bad thing though is that when I take the clips out each day, some strands of my real hair gets snagged and pulled out on the gold ring on the side of the clip in. I don't like that because if I wear these clip-ins for a few months, that hair being pulled out will add up. I don't want bald spots due to this so it's disappointing since I like the clip-ins so much.
