Advanced Joint Support supplement with Glucosamine, Chondroitin, Opti MSM, 5-Loxin Boswellia, Tumeric and Hyaluronic 240 Tablets - 60 Servings

I got this because I had joint pain one time pretty bad. Well actually really bad. I took the ingredients that are in this and was able to finally exercise again and put that horrible ordeal behind me. I still take these ingredients in hopes my joints and back have ideally no pain but realistically less is my goal. And for the past few years I have a bout perhaps once or twice a year which is no big deal as far as I am concerned. Now to be exact, I also took 12 grams of collagen in powder form and I did not take Boswellia. However reading up on the Boswellia with the newer studies I definitely see where it could help. The newer studies are actually supporting the older studies (which is rare from what I normally see) in that it does have anti inflammatory properties and may even lessen pain.Another ingredient that caught my eye in this was the Opti-MSM which is different from regular MSM. It has been distilled to ultra purity so that it has less impurities and your body tends to use more of it this way. I actually take 3 grams of this (Opti-MSM) daily for skin health.To explain how this works chemically for joint improvement would take pages but one easy way to grasp it is to consider this. If you were take a joint and look at what the major physical components of it was, what you would find is MSM, Hyaluronic Acid, Glucosamine, Chondroitin and Collagen. And naturally if you were to rebuild/repair something you would use that which it was originally made from. And if everything works well hopefully that's what the body does. Do not be fooled into thinking this is a miracle worker in this takes months and months IMO at least 3 to 6 if not more. Which all depends too on diet and a healthy lifestyle. But one true and optimistic way to look at it is each day it gets better (may).It's rare I see all these ingredients and even rarer in dosage amounts that I consider enough to be effective for optimal joint health. For the price at the time of this review and considering this is a two month supply I think this is a pretty good deal. I was not able to find where this was third party tested in the US/UK or Canada, It may be but I did not see it. Other than that I have no complaints. These are easy to take and I had no sides. This is from a small business and I love to support those. I really like they even added Turmeric in this as I use it for various preventatives as well. Good Luck and hope this was helpful.

These work well for me. I find them to be effective and a good value. The recommended amount is 4 per day, which means you'd get roughly 2 months worth in the bottle. The tablets are medium-sized and have a slightly unpleasant flavor. But they are easy to swallow and there isn't any noticeable after taste.

I have knee and ankle pain. I took these religiously for a few weeks. Hoping to get some relief.They caused an upset stomach. That has ended since I stopped taking them.I’m not sure if they work for my joints but I don’t want to take them anymore because of the stomach issues.

Overall I think it's a pretty good supplement. This option includes a number of proven ingredients in a single supplement. The tablets are on the larger side but not too bad and they don't really have much of a taste or smell. The serving size is on the higher end with 4 tablets, but that's about average for joint supplements I've found. I really like seeing the GMP logo on it. Overall, great supplement.

Boswellia and turmeric are already a part of my routine, because they are of the most help to me.But I have to take them in much higher amounts than what are in these capsules.I've never experienced any benefit from taking glucosamine, chondroitin, or MSM in the past.Perhaps there is some synergy here, though, because I do notice a little bit of improvement in my shoulders after a few days.The capsules are smaller and slender but the surface is somewhat coarse and they want to hang up my throat, so it takes more water than typical to get them down.

I was purchasing many of these ingredients separately for my husband’s joint pain, so I was excited to see a supplement that had everything we needed all in one. The amounts/ratios look great and the ingredients are evidence based. And even more impressively, they don’t use toxic additives, which is so hard to find these days.After using this for a while, I can say that it doesn’t really treat acute issues in our particular case at least. This is more of a long term solution to improve joint health, so it may not be for everyone. You have to take it religiously to get any benefit and it’s not a 100% solution in my opinion - though it does seem to help after some time. The price is right to continue using it long term.
