I just ordered this for the first time last weekend. It arrived two days later, well packed and unharmed by the shipping process. There are three Starbucks packages with 12 capsules each. The capsules look just like the Nestle Dulce Gusto capsules and work perfectly in my machine, I have had no problems or issues. Right now, I have to drink cold coffee, so I wanted a milder coffee and this is perfect, there is no bitterness at all. It is delicious, I don't even have to add creamer!

This Starbucks swill is worth nothing close to the price. It's awful, watered down disgustingness. It entirely lacks body and flavor of any kind. Drinking this is more akin to drinking hot water than coffee. Just terrible, terrible. I've even begun using multiple capsules for a single cup of coffee and I still can't coax any flavor out of it. Perhaps with enough milk and sugar you could add some taste, but drinking it black is an absolute no-no. Steer clear.
