I have tried different b-complex accross several brands but I always come back to this one as it really helps me to boots my energy levels and feel much better overall both physically and mentally. They seem to be very good quality and I have experienced no side effects. Would definitely recommend :). I am thinking about trying their vitamin d3 & K2 too.

I’m almost finished the bottle and tbh I don’t really feel a lot of difference in what I was aiming for. What I will say though is, I had started having perimenopausal flushes that were horrendous! They completely stopped altogether when i started taking these. I haven’t had one since starting them. The reason I’ve knocked 2 stars off is the price of them. It is very high considering you can get the exact same strength with identical ingredients and no nasties in them and also enough for three months ,for half the price on here. I discovered this while looking around before reordering these. I will be trying another brand which is less expensive with the exact same ingredients and strength for now. If I find they are no good or I Don’t get the same benefit , I will consider buying these again. But like I said, very pricey comparing to others.
