DK Florida (Travel Guide)

Beautiful pictures as usual and some useful information but not nearly as comprehensive as other DK guides I have purchased in the past. No separate section for dining or accommodations which would have been very helpful, just a few suggestions. This guide was just average, good but not great as I was expecting.

I purchased this book to replace a very old copy of the same book.Oddly, the price was exactly the same in UK pounds (£14.99), so something must have changed, I guessed.It had.The pages in the old version were of a high quality gloss paper, making the photo's look vibrant, like a glossy magazine.The new version is dull, thin, paper, which doesn't look or feel nearly as nice.It's also nearly 50 pages shorter.Why compromise on quality just to keep the price down?On the plus side, it's crammed with useful information, about the latest attractions.I can't see this lasting me 20 odd years like the last one 😊
