I can't say how effective it is because I haven't been to the Dr after starting them. But I can say they have a good taste. Good value , soft gummy texture.didn't really give me energy but no vitamins ever have.didnt really pay attention to color just that in came in a couple.

We usually do the name brand, but thought we would try these. My husband likes them. No change. Never can tell about generics. But good choice!

Been using these vitamins and they seem to be working. Not the best flavor but better than the alternative pill form.

I usually don't care for gummies but these are not bad.

I was not happy with the product. Gummies were all melted together in the mouth of the bottle. First time this has happened.

My friend enjoys the flavor of the chewable gummies.
