I bought this after ACL surgery to use for physical therapy exercises. It has been a huge help in getting my range of motion back. After 2 months of use it has shown no signs of wear. I have multiple exercises that I use it for and it is perfect.

Built well and band is sufficiently heavy...no cheap. Used for PT stretching. Works great! Just like the bands at my PT doctor's office.

I just had knee surgery. This strap was extremely useful in helping me with my exercises. It was great for stretching and also enabled me to lift my leg with much less pain. As my knee got stronger I was able to use the strap less and less so that my leg muscles were doing more work. The one negative is that the material the strap is made of is a bit stiff and scratchy but the strap was so useful that I only took off one star for that.

I’ve been using this strap at hone for physical therapy and hot yoga while I’m recovering from knee surgery. It’s hot yoga so I wash it every time I use it. it works great and holds up well. It’s like new still. Worth every penny and color is great too. The photo shows after 10 washings.
