I got these because I read that using compression clothing can reduce the amount of fatigue muscles experience after a workout as well as speed up the recovery for muscles after a workout. I have been working out a lot more lately, and it is a struggle to continue working out when I am sore. It might just be anecdotal, but I feel like I am doing the same exercises as before, but I am not as sore as I was before I started wearing the sleeves.The sleeves fit well, and although they are a little tight, they are not tight to the point of cutting off circulation. They are comfortable, and after a few minutes, they feel like a second skin. The print is decent although in some of the parts where it is stretched out, the design starts to look blotchy. But that's a minor nitpick.

Picked up a pair of these so I could stop applying liberal amounts of suncream when I wanted to just go for a blast down the freeway. They are perfect, easy to put on, fit perfectly (I'm 5'8'", medium build, if that helps anyone out). The material is nice and smooth, no chaffing and interestingly on the top of each sleeve there is a small strip of friction material so they don't slide down your arms when you're up to speed.If you're looking for something cost-effective and if I do say pretty good looking to cover up your upper limbs while out on your motorcycle - these are spot on.

Would not recommend this product, the ends are sewn shut so you can't put your arm through this, basically making it useless. The shape is very weird too and the pattern on the black one is awful.
