Only downside is it doesn’t stick to phone too well because iPhones have a non-glossy back now. If it was glass back like the iPhone 4 or iPhone 8 or iPhone X used to be - it would’ve been perfect for gaming.

Well there is no way to contact these people and the adhesive does not stay stuck no matter how clean the phone is. This is a great idea and terribly executed and the fact you cant talk to anyone is a red flag. I would avoid this product on the terrible lack of any customer service alone and you like most people who have bought this will be disappoint to find it does not stick properly. Avoid this one at all costs until these people start caring about the experience their customers have. If the arm that extends doesnt stay adhered it will not transfer heat to the fan and becomes useless. The problem this was designed to solve cant be solved if it cant stay adhered. I dont even have to connect a fan to it for it to come loose. It just does so after about 5 minutes of being attached with no head being made by the phone.

It works amazingly for heat transfer and cooling with a phone chiller attached, however it's thickkkk and very easy to accidentally rip off the back of the phone and too thick to fit under any cases.

its basically a piece of aluminum metal. Thick metal is good if you dont have a phone case, but I need it between phone and phone case for reasons. The phone fan cooler works with it, you can feel it get cold to the farther ends. My phone case didnt fit when added to back of my phone between phone and phone case. A standard US credit card fit and I was able to put my phone case. I measured the cooler at 1.4mm thick, its like have 2 credit cards thick behind your phone. A standard credit card is 0.7mm-0.8mm thick. The magnet is weak, its like 25% as strong as the ones sold on phone cases. I need a credit card size version, copper preferably.

The picture is deceiving! I thought it came with the fan. It is only a thin piece of plastic kinda thing. Can't use it with a protective phone case. Also it will not work with wireless charging or NFC.

So, I bought this thinking this was going to be the plate and the fan. I was wrong. Okay phooey on me, but minus 1 star for not being a bit clearer. It was cheap, so I kept it. My phone isn't really meant for gaming. It's a moto g 5g stylus. I have a case on it for protection. For that reason, I kept the plate just to see if it helped. Long story short, yes. Yes it does. I have a phone case for my phone. Plate makes the case a snug fit, but it fits. It takes about double the time my apps used to force close from overheating for me to notice the apps are throttling, which often let's me know to let them cool down. I'd imagine without a case, and with a fan like the one shown in the pictures, the cooling would be better. But, as just something in the case on the phone, it works. So 4 stars. It does what I wanted it to, without even being everything I had been expecting.
