Easy to use and stays in place well.This gives a nice soft lift to the side you need to raise. I needed to double up on one side for one of my pairs of shoes and that works fine and is still comfortable. Flat feet for me means my ankles and heels roll in. This helps to correct that issue.

The media could not be loaded. These work great for ankles that lean in or out. These have a sticky bottom side snd stay in place well. Two pair come in the set which is nice. We put one pair in pur daughter's practice shoes and one set in her competition shoes. They really help with her balance since they help to keep her from leaning.

These will serve differently for each person. For me they weren’t as high as I would’ve liked and I needed them to be longer. Adhesive pad was good for a few weeks but after having them in shoes I wear at the gym they came loose faster than I expected. I have a big foot tho so consider that while evaluating.

The New Balance shoes I've been wearing for years haven't been supporting my feet as well as they used to and I tend to walk on the outside of my shoes anyway. I bought these and have used them on the outer edges of my heels and they work great! Walking is much more comfortable and presumably I won't wear out the outer edges of the heels so quickly.

I found it hard to place it in the correct spot to get the most support.... and it isn't easy to match the exact spot in the rt and lt shoe

These are small heel inserts where one side is thicker than the other to correct either supination or over pronation. The first day results were fantastic.Unfortunately, the sticky substance necessary to keep the inserts in place becomes ineffective after about four days. I had to add double sided tape to keep the inserts in place.Even worse, the inserts become permanately flattened after about two weeks, thereby making them ineffective.Bottom line: Fabulous idea / poor execution and, therefore, a poor value for the money spent.

It's just a small difference when I put the shoes on, my feet hurt less and I can walk longer without discomfort. Stay in place when putting on shoes.
