Lovely bread at a not so lovely price
I absolutely love this gluten free bread. I am gluten intolerant so normal bread is off limits. So easy to bake, it closely resembles real bread when made up and a pleasant surprise from commercial gluten free loaves. I find that I need to do 2 bags of mix for a decent sized loaf which makes it so expensive. Hence the missing star. Please consider making bigger bags Helen.

I'm not sure why anyone would pay this much for this particular bread mix, when you can buy it for £1.99 from a supermarket. The bread itself is reasonably good.
