Purchased 3 chaIrs, exactly what we wanted. Comfortable, easy to put together.Each chair came in 3 boxes, (base - sides - back.) Connecting the motor was a little tricky as the directions were unclear. Motor package was under the base seat, not easy to spot when unpacking. Overall very happy with these chairs. Three USB and outlet in each chair. Storage in arm rest is great.

Very smooth quality feel to the material. Very comfortable and easy to put together. Love the adjustable headrest. Very happy

seems to be built solidly very comfortable 77 and put together myself - although, i must admit, it did involve copious four letter words and a couple glasses of wine - i did not fined an owners manual but it is possible i pitched it with the boxes - arrived three days early would suggest wire connections be labeled so matching would be easier (A-A 1-1 etcetera)

Really Comfortable chairs and nice looking

Love the chairs! We bought two. Put together the first one and noticed fraying of the embroidery on the base. (See Pictures) When we opened the boxes of the second chair the embroidered pattern looked fine. Not looking forward to boxing up and returning the first chair! Not to mention paying shipping again! I was hoping these chairs were more sturdy or durable. I’d get the warranty. Hope this review helps.

I ordered this on prime day. To replace my 7 or 8 year old power seats.and i wasn't sure of what it would be like. I'm really impressed has better padding than my old ones. I was totally surprised that it had a built-in power outlet under the usb ports. Also it has bigger cup holders. In the one picture you can see the difference next to one of my old chair I had always hated that some cups wouldn't fit in the older cup holder. I'm diffnlety going to order another one. The power headrest is something different that I'm not used to. Thanks darrell.

Arrived nonfunctional. No manual, in spite of one being listed on the purchase page. Waiting to hear back on assistance...

Solid electric recliner for the money. Arm storages are nice and deep (can fit the big iPad Pro closed) with usb plugins and an outlet in the right arm. Padding is pretty good, I’m a fan of the electric headrest. Easy to set up with a base and both arms that slide/lock in place. Couple loose threads here and there were trimmed but overall it is a nice looking affordable recliner option.
