I wanted to love this wagon, the fearures like the canopy, the storage and the cup holders are all great and my son fits comfortably and likes the table for his cup and snacks. but after only a few uses , the wheels aren't turning smoothly, I have to lift and move the wheels to get them to turn together. Even after detaching and reattached to adjust. Just really frustrating.

I purchased the gladly family anthem 2seater wagon via Amazon on Black Friday. It came quickly! After it was put together I had issues with the canopies not fitting correctly. I contacted customer service and new canopies were sent. Upon receipt of the new canopies they still didn’t fit correctly! I again contacted customer service and am being sent a new wagon.Besides great customer service, my 1 year old loves the wagon. It’s easy to maneuver and great for walks. We have babe #2 joining us soon and I’m sure this wagon will continue to get a lot of use!

This is it. This is the family wagon our family has been waiting for. It’s pretty easy to set up and get on the road in under an hour.We have a toddler old and a baby and it’s pretty much perfect. We live in New England and the roads are pretty bumpy and it handles like a pro. Also, we’ve taken to our beloved Crane Beach and it’s the star. Multiple people have asked whenever we hit the beach about it.Bottom line. If you have kids this is the wagon you need and have been waiting for

The media could not be loaded.  This wagon has it all! Easy to assemble and light weight, the Gladly family wagon is the perfect outdoor accessory. Great in all terrains - even the New England winter and snow! I would highly recommend to any parent with kiddos, especially because there are 2 seats! Don’t walk - run to buy this! You will not be disappointed.

This wagon is very roomy and has a ton of storage space, but it is extremely difficult to push in the stroller position. The wheels constantly get stuck and you have to pick it up to push it, it's not lightweight at all. Not ideal for carnivals, the zoo, park trips, museums, or other crowded events.
