I do love these gummies they are such an easier way of taking my required daily supplements each day than having to swallow a multitude of tablets. These are extremely tasty gummies that are bursting with juiciness and have a lovely fruity flavour to them when chewed. Full of natural ingredients that will hopefully help to increase my metabolism and energy levels and help give me abit of a helping hand to lose weight and reach my weight loss goal. 60 gummies per pot and with the recommended daily dose to be taken being set at 2 per day...these gummies represent excellent value for money .
