I ordered this AUMETO Premium Bitter Mellon 22,300mg with Berberine and Ceylon Cinnamon to aid my weight loss goals. It's too soon to tell if this is effective, and I do take it, along with a diet and exercise program.That being said, I haven't noticed any adverse side effects and no jitteriness after taking these. The capsules are not overly large and go down easy with water.The price is reasonable for a 90 days supply; I would consider ordering this again.

The quality is great and has no aftee taste. I've been taking it for a while now and it works good so far. It keeps me from having to take several different ones since it have all of the ingredients rolled into

I am impressed with all the ingredients, especially with the bitter melon that I don’t normally find OTC. With the combination of the essential herbs all in one supplement, I am able to reduce the number of different supplements that I have to consume. That is a value on money, effort and time. I also appreciate that there are minimal other non-essential ingredients. The capsule is the average size and there is no odor or after taste. This supplement is part of my regular routine now to maintain my blood sugar.

So far I have taken this product for almost 3 weeks now and I have not noticed any positive or negative effects. I have lost weight and felt overall healthy the past 3 weeks but I can not tell if it is from a regular balanced diet and exercise or if it is the supplement that is making me feel good overall. For the good price and quantity of pills, I will continue to use these and possibly get another one depending on how i feel after taking the whole bottle.

The capsules are small and easy for me to swallow. I do get a little bit of cinnamon aftertaste, but I don't mind that a bit. It seems to help lower blood sugar slightly but it won't make a big difference if you aren't watching what you eat. I've been supplementing with cinnamon for years, but this is my first experience with Bitter Melon. I see similar results with this and pure cinnamon supplements.

its a small size 1 capsule - it doe snot contain 880mg of ingredients labelled - might be 2 capsules per dose, not one. So container of 90 capsules is effectively 45.big mislabeling issue
