I'm one of those people that typically only take a supplement if it's been extensively researched and proven to have benefits.This supplement is definitely more on the "experimental" side for me, but fertilized egg yolk has enough of a history of health benefits and research that this was worth trying for me.There is even a fertilized egg yolk supplement popular for bodybuilder and muscle mass that I have tried in the past, so I was curious to try this as well.Subjective effects: I feel like I've noticed deeper sleep since I started taking this, and perhaps a slight increase in energy. Other than that, no real benefits to note.Overall - it's an interesting supplement, but very premium. I can't say I would recommend it unless there is specific published research on "OPT9 Blend" and its respective health benefits (which I do not think there is).

This is a pricey supplement and I did some research to see what the benefits are and it appears to have some good studies behind it's affects on reducing stress, anxiety, digestive issues as well as cellular regeneration. These are easy to swallow and has a dosage recommendation of 1-4 capsules a day. I have been taking two a day and they are easy to swallow and are well packaged. This comes with 120 capsules and will last me 2 months taking two a day. This would be a 30 day supply if I took 4 a day. Overall, I have had no side affects and will continue to take based on the research alone. The product appears to be very good quality.

I have purchased this supplement for my wife who has diligently consumed the entire 120 capsules. Unfortunately, she has not felt any difference, which maybe would occur in case of a longer treatment.

This product is quite possibly beneficial but it is also very expensive at $167.00 for a one month supply at the suggested dose of 4 capsules per day. I would imagine any significant result would take place over time if it indeed is therapeutic. I tried two capsules on an empty stomach and did not notice anything, positive or negative, but then one would be unlikely to see an immediate effect unless they were sensitive to one of the ingredients. It contains egg, so don't use if you are allergic. It also contains fish but does not disclose the source of the fish and it contains plant protein also from an undisclosed source. I cannot verify the manufacturer's claims and frankly, I am a bit skeptical. Maybe we should just eat fertilized organic eggs, at least we would be sure of what we are ingesting.

I took the entire bottle and while I can't say I noticed any drastic difference; I can say that the ingredients are outstanding and the studies have shown results. I am sure this was based off continued use as I imagine these things need time to not only build in your system, but also to make the needed repairs to your cells to make a difference. I just don't have enough supply (or money) to fully test that. I had absolutely no negative effects or upset while taking these. I did notice quite quickly that it seemed to lift my mood so that was great! I feel like these definitely have 5-star potential; just wish they were more affordable for the everyday person.
