How can i submit my receipt so i can redeem the halo skin for purchasing on amazon?

I submitted my receipt back on 3/2/2022 and still haven’t received the halo skin code, I’ve sent multiple emails and email server sends error code?

We pre-ordered the polish the night before release and were told our receipt was not valid and we can't get the armor coating, what gives?

From the questions to answers i see everything on this xbox opi collection qualifies. Yet ive bought 5 different colors not one qualifies?
