Long lasting
These face crayons are long lasting. My daughter (4) has used them several times and they have barely worn down at all. For the most part they come off relatively easily except for the color blue which requires at least 48 hours and a good face scrubbing. I'm really happy with them.

Great Product from an American company
I previously purchased the face paint crayons directly from the company’s website, CraftyDab.com, and find the product to be excellent and safe. The minimum order with Amazon is less so it works out better for me. (Although, Crafty Dab has free, sample face paint designs on their website that are easy to replicate.) The face paints are easy to use and don’t smear after applied. The reusable packaging is very convenient and reduces mess.I highly recommend this product.

Not this one
Didn't care for these crayons. they did not go on as I had hoped - a bit hard to use and pulled on the skin a lot when trying to apply it.

Great!
I recommend this to anyone who is not a professional. Easy to use, and makes using actual face paint so much easier!

Works great and wipes off clean with a baby wipe
Works great and wipes off clean with a baby wipe. I use these for cub scout Arrow of Light Ceremonies and never had any sort of reaction on the boys faces like I saw in other reviews.

Unsafe at any speed - AVOID!!
As I type, I'm suffering the discomfort of a cellulitis facial infection in reaction to this product. It's not a question of cross-contamination, as the Crafty Dab face crayons I used were a freshly opened package untouched by anyone else and my hands were clean. The first couple of days of discomfort led me to search online about allergies and face paint, at which point I discovered a newly reported study showing that many hobby-shop face paints (INCLUDING THIS BRAND) are contaminated with toxins such as lead and common allergens such as nickel, making me most sorry I'd talked my husband into using it, too -- he's horribly allergic to that metal, but luckily the moment he started feeling signs of allergy, he removed the makeup. I'm less lucky, as I wore it the whole evening without feeling anything and now have painful tender spots along the left-hand side of my face, swollen lymph glands, a $75 prescription of heavy antibiotics, and the doctor bill for today's visit and next week's follow-up. STAY AWAY, folks!(The report cited can be found by searching "A Report on Heavy Metals in Face Paints" online. It is a scientific report whose science was reviewed by researchers at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of California, among others.)

Very Disappointed
I received my packet today. 03/30/09The face painting crayons were smash and break. I am very disappointed. If they don't reimburse my money or send me new crayons, I am not going to buy anything else from the Wizard of math. They should protect the crayons better, they only used newspaper pages.I am very upset.

Review
We used these paints in a Cub Scout ceremony. They were easy to use and showed up well on their faces. We will use them again!
