Missing parts!
When the goods arrived, they looked like original and new. The first thing that struck me was that there was no installation manual. When I searched for it on the internet, I found that the fasteners and mounting wrench were missing. A closer examination of the surface shows that the lock had already been fitted, but incompletely returned. However, it was sold to me as brand new!!!
