This comprehensive revision book contains 42 practice long cases, to help radiology trainees revise for and succeed at the Final FRCR Part 2B examination. Each case is presented as it would appear in the exam, with a selection of high quality imaging and clinical details, followed by a separate model answer section, formatted in line with the Royal College guidance notes. Each case also comes with key points explaining the answer and a further reading list. Written by a highly-qualified team of authors, with a wealth of clinical, teaching and exam experience, the book also contains essential hints and tips on exam technique to help radiology trainees pass this final hurdle. Review: Most needed book for 2a - The best book for frcr 2a Review: Long Case Review - This is a great book for long case exam of the 2B. There are a few long cases books out already on the market. This one delivers good content and concise explanation. Picture quality is adequate for printed material of this price, and though could be better certainly doesn't affect your reading/revision. Some pictures are small but pathologies are readily visible so it's OK. The only reason for drop in a star is the build quality is not great, the pages start falling out after a few flick throughs. This might be just for my copy, but shouldn't really deter you from buying. Overall, a good addition to the 2B prep books.

Good but falls apart v quickly
Great for practising long cases under timed conditions. I would buy again. Bad point is that the pages fell out almost as soon as I started using it. Others using this have reported the same thing.
