I like this brand
Both my husband and I have been taking FITSHAPE amino acid supplements for several years. I like this brand. We have also used another and I must say I notice the difference in muscle support. We are both older adults and have greatly benefitted from the system support this product gives elderly bodies. It is very hard as we age to get adequate nutrition, even when you are very particular about what you eat and where it comes from. Illness can also take its toll. Taking amino acids we have found makes a huge difference in our overall health and ability to move around. This counteracts the tendency toward becoming frail as we age. Great BCAA supplement containing the essentials and more
Very good product. I have been taking six tablets a day and the results exceeded my expectations. I have noticed an increase in energy levels and feel like I recover faster from my workouts. It takes a couple of days/a week to to feel the effect, but once it does you wouldn't want to train without it. The amino acid content is also great. It contains every standard amino acid a solid BCAA supplement should have but also a multitude of extra amino acids for an even greater effect. The extent of the amino acid content really differentiates this product from the competitors and is the main reason for me to use this brand.Really satisfied with the product and their results on my training performance. Would recommend!

I have been taking 4 tablets a day and the results are amazing. I have started a new training regime and want to get in shape for summer, I like when I feel strong and my muscles are toned. This product really gives results. This formula contains every standard amino acid and as I'm getting older I notice that I need more help with building muscle.Really satisfied with the product and their results on my training performance. Most of these capsules have a strange smell, fortunately these don't. I'm real glad fitshape has these without any additives. I take them 3 times a day while taking my whey and salad in the morning

I used this capsules to improve my muscles. These capsules are especially for the mussels.Just like the powder shakes from fit shape you should use this without any interruption for good results. The capsules are quiet big so take them with a lot of water.I’m still at the beginning of using these capsules but I sport around 3 times a week and until now I already see (after using this for a few weeks) some nice arm muscles coming up! Just hold on an be patient.. it works!

Best bcaa ever!
I recently purchased this BCAA to complete my amino-acid balance. On my cut I get most of my protein from one source like chicken. With this BCAA I can get all my additional amino-acids. The pills are very easy to swallow and they dont leave an aftertaste. These BCAA pills go perfectly together with the whey from Fitshape!
