I realize that most folks use this thread for leather work, I needed it for something else. I have two Greater Swiss Mountain dogs that are in my vehicle daily. That's 270 pounds of dog that do a number on the heavy duty liner that I have in the back of my car. It's been splitting at the seams for a year or so, and the upholstery thread just did not hold up for very long. This thread has been great! Easy to sew with (along with the large eye needles I bought) and heavy duty enough to hold up to my two knuckleheads. A terrific product!

I purchased this to close up openings on Turkish rugs, made into lumber pillows. My ShihTzu, decided the corners needed a “little softening”. I’m certain it will come in handy on other items in the future.

I used this to stitch a hat together, made from 5/6 oz veg tan leather. The thread is well waxed and of good thickness. i will definitely purchase again if i need 1mm thread. Nice color as well.

The thread is very good & strong. It is essentially the same as waxed sail twine, just prettier in color(s). The pkg contained the thread plus the 25 sewing needles in various sizes. It shipped and arrived in a timely manner accompanied by a very sincere 'Thank You' note from Plantional. I'll certainly shop Plantional in the future with no hesitation.

I bought this thread to stitch fall junk journals. Based on the picture online and the name of the color (cream) I thought I was getting something “creamier” but the “cream” is more of a pale yellow. If you want “cream” and not yellow I would probably get the “off-white” color choice. The cream will be ok but it will be limited for other junk journals where I would want something more “neutral” - not yellow.The price is very reasonable considering it comes with a generous number and variety of needles to sew with.I would recommend this product but just be a little cautious with your color selection.
