The absolute best quality oat milk
This oat milk is the one Iโve finally settled on after trying many different brands. This is the absolute best quality oat milk. What sets it apart is that itโs actually healthy, containing only oats, water, sunflower oil, and salt. After learning that the health food market is actually a bit of a con, I did a lot of research and I like this brand not only for its quality but also for its honesty. Unlike most other oat milks that have stabilisers making them ultra-processed, this one is authentic. Itโs refreshing to find a brand that actually cares about providing a healthy, straightforward product without the usual marketing spin. I buy it through Subscribe & Save, so it is an affordable choice without compromising quality. It tastes great and is just as creamy as the more processed versions, I use it daily with coffee, other drinks and smoothies. My daughter uses it on her cereal and also likes it. I donโt do any frothing or cappuccinos so I can't comment on the foaming quality but Iโm very happy with the taste and quality. Overall, this is the best oat milk Iโve found for a healthy, tasty, and affordable option.

Nice taste and good quality
Rude Health brown rice milk has a nice flavour, tastes good and feels high quality, just a bit pricey.

Tastes great, excellent option for people with food sensitivities
This is probably the best rice drink on the market at the moment. I'm lactose intolerant and struggle with other alternative milks, so I get two boxes (4x6) delivered twice a month, in addition to making special trips to my local health food shop to stock up. Rice milk is known for being quite sweet, so having glasses of this helps me cut down on my cravings for chocolate while not being as sickly as other brands. It goes perfectly with cereal and hot drinks; Rude's product is a bit thicker and less watery than other brands. The texture is very smooth, with no graininess, froth, or 'bits'. The shelf life is also excellent; you can leave unopened cartons in the cupboard for months, meaning friends/family can stock up for when you come to visit, which is a huge relief if you're food-sensitive. Once open, they usually last for around a week in the fridge, but I tend to get through one or two cartons in a single day. Make sure they're stored away from sources of heat, though- I accidentally left a carton near a radiator and it caused it to go sour. I just wish rice milk was more popular and easier to get a hold of in the shops!

Good, organic, with no added oils & gums
Great that this doesnโt have unhealthy additives, and yet it still tastes ok. Itโs not as creamy in terms of mouthfeel as competitor brands that contain oils and gums, however if you donโt want the oils and additives (which are really not good for health), I highly recommend this. However, can we get some indication that this is made with blanched organic almonds (skin removed before processsing)? The skins of almonds have lectins that can be dangerous if consumed in high quantities.

Tastes Nothing Like Real Tigernuts
Its 2% tigernut content, 10%rice, the rest is water and salt. If youve had real tigernut before, you know its creamy and sweet when blended with water. This is nothing like the real tigernut. Dont waste your money. It likerally tastes like water! Better to buy tigernuts and blend and seive them yourself. Now I have 5 cartons laying there useless.

Lovely Low potassium milk substitute
*** UPDATE*** I've just seen a comment about the amount of sugar in this rice milk and to be honest, I just looked at the calorie content which was fine (for me). I also looked at the sugar gms per 100ml which is 5 but semi skimmed milk is exactly the same - so surely it's a non issue? *** I have stage 3 kidney disease and was told to cut back on high potassium foods - milk being one of the main areas. Most milk substitutes contain the same amount of Potassium - if not more than normal milk. This doesn't and although I'd heard bad reviews of rice milk - being watery and tasteless, this is really nice and I can't taste the difference on my cereal or in my overnight oats. The only thing I don't use it for is in my tea. If you're looking at a low potassium diet, I'd definitely recommend this as a milk swap.
