Having fibromyalgia means I rarely get a good nights sleep. It makes, normal aches and pains that most people can shrug off, into something that feels like then end of the world as you get engulfed in pain. I bought a memory foam pillow a while ago and found it helps quite a lot. So why did I buy this one? I liked the idea of the cooling gel as I like a nice cool pillow and find it more relaxing, which in turn will help the pain.It was a case of parse the parcel when the pillow arrived. It came in the usual Amazon box. Inside this was another cardboard box. Inside this was a bag. Finally, I got to the pillow. To be fair, the bag is quite nice. It's a zipped bag with a clear window for storing the pillow should you need to.The pillow is quite firm but slowly moulds itself around you to give maximum support. The hump in the pillow fills the hole between your head and neck. Even if you're like me and need extra pillows underneath, the support still works well. You may feel the pillow is bit hard for the first few nights but believe me it's well worth persevering.The cooling gel works reasonably well. It doesn't feel cold as such but shields you from the foam that can often feel warm as it absorbs the heat from your body. It's definitely a good improvement over my last memory foam pillow.At just under £35 it's not too expensive and you can't put a price on a good nights sleep.

This doesn't change my rating, I just wanted to point out that it was large for me.Conclusion:This definitely helps me sleep, whether it is to get to sleep faster or have a better sleep, this does that job. It is also highly comfortable when not sleeping too.I would recommend highly to everyone.

This pillow is like Marmite, you love it or you hate it. And I love it. Used it since Friday night. I use the high side to lay on.Someone else tried it, but they did not liked it.For just 3 nights sleep on it, I feel improvement on my neck and shoulder pains. The gel feel cool when you first lay on it, but after that I can not say because I enjoy my sleep and dont want to just stay wake only to say if the gel feels cool, or not, later on. Just say my head did not feel hot for these 3 nights. When you first lay on it, it feels hard, but once you pass the initial feeling then it actually feel that it supports your neck and shoulders.Perfect pillow for sleeping on your back and your side. No good is you sleep on your front.... Also I would say it would not be good for who ever use very fluffy/light pillows.

Really one of the best pillows I've ever used and have dealt with a lot of suppliers due to being in the medical field and I would recommend to anyone suffering with neck or back problems to invest in one of these pillows

Best night sleep I have ever had. Noticeably less neck pain. The cooling gel is surprisingly effective. I love it.

Loved this pillow for the first three months and then the gel pad stopped working. Very disappointed
