Q: Do i have to wait to use it or can I use it Right out of the box?

just have to wait for some hours for it to inflate all the way to 12 inches I think

Q: Is this mattress supportive despite it being a Medium-Plush feel? I want something soft that will still support my back and posture.

In my opinion, it has helped with some lower back pain I've been having and it's soft but not too soft and rises back to shape after getting out of bed

Q: Does this mattress require a box spring?

I did not get a box spring with this I just bought a platform bed frame and put it on. This bed is very comfortable and I am pregnant and definitely sleep better.
