Purchased for Dell Precision 3550. Easy job; it took me 15 minutes from opening the package to closing up and plugging in my laptop. My old battery conked out in less than 15 minutes, now I'm back to close to 3 hours on a charge. Can't comment on the quality of the included tools as I just grabbed my own and got to work. Also pleasantly surprised that instead of the "new" Prime shipping time of 7-10 days it arrived in 3 days, and a day earlier than promised.

Works as it should

This is a well-built battery that replace my OEM Dell Precision laptop battery. the package came with the necessary screwdrivers to disassembly the case to access the battery. Installation process is very easy and simple. Make sure you power off the laptop before you start the replacement process. My old battery runtime is really short due to its age. This replacement battery will give the old laptop new life again. Highly recommended.
