They work
My dental hygienist recommended these a few years ago and I have used them since. I have Sjogrens, so chronic dry mouth. These are great! At first I was concerned they would dislodge in my sleep but they adhere well and have never had that happen. I do try to take breaks between use and change locations so there is no irritation
