I bought this sprayer primarily for two reasons: first, the all metal-construction and second, the fact that (at least at the time of my purchase) every review was five stars. I'm glad to be able to add another review to the mix.I was initially just looking for a good T-Valve and that's how I found this product. The valve has a good heft to it. The internal mechanism doesn't appear to be a simple ball-valve based on what I can see, but does completely stop the flow of water when turned off. Water pressure increases appropriately as you open the valve more.The hose is also solid. It may be a bit short for some, but was a good length for my purposes and setup. Extra washers were included, in addition to a roll of plumber's tape.The sprayer itself also feels solid but I haven't opened it up to see what's inside. It's easy to change between a strong stream of water and a more distributed spray that would work well for diaper cleaning.The seller reached out to me after my product arrived to ensure I was satisfied - I usually appreciate this gesture, and it worked out well in this situation because I had a question about the product. They responded very quickly. We talked back and forth a few times and their customer service would typically respond within about 15 min, even on a Saturday. Not sure if it's always that fast, but I was impressed. This is clearly a company that's proud of their product and wants to make sure their customers are satisfied.

My parents put in a full seated bidet when they rebuilt their bathroom and they rave about having the bidet feature. For the rest of us that can't rebuild an entire bathroom, a handheld bidet sprayer is likely the best option.We were looking for something to add to our existing toilet to try it out and I have to say this adjustable pressure sprayer is quite refreshing. It is extremely well made for the price with stainless steel and really everything you need to install it properly. It even came with the pipe tape! It's been in the home for a while now and there have been no leaks and everything looks great.Definitely satisfied and I think the price is right! Now we'll have to upgrade the other toilets in the house!

Bought 2 bidet sprayer sets and I can say we love it. The sprayer head is solid burshed metal finish and has a solid/sturdy feel to it, quality is very very good. It is easy to use even my toddler can use the sprayer with ease. The dual spray option is a plus for me, just turn the nozzle and the water spray pressure changes. How convenient! It is easy to install it comes with teflon tape as well, I have anchored the holder on the wall. I can say that holder can be improved, quality wise, as it has a bit of sharp edge and the plastic protection inside is not really flushed against the metal edging. Shipment / delivery was really quick. Kevin from Pottyware was really awesome. He attended quickly to our concern when we had reported 1 sprayer head leak issue. He immediately sent us a brand new set (not just the sprayer head) without hesitations and hassles. I think that as everyone else who wrote a review for this product, 5***** is the minimum to rate this sprayer. Everything needed comes with it and it's super easy to install. Very good quality of the materials too. Keep up the good work!!! Great price/quality

The bidet leak big time and flooded my bathroom and the bedrooms as we were not home when it happened. The hose inside the flexible stainless steel broke and it's not even a year old. Tried to contact the seller but no response. This product is claimed to be Made in America but of very poor quality. DON'T BUY THIS ITEM, ESPECIALLY FROM THIS SELLER.

Nice to hold. Good pressure. Serves the intended purpose 100%.But has one or two kinks:1. Leaks very occasionally,2. doesn't sit too well on the holder, gets stuck in it once in a while.But the pros outweigh the cons for the price. Good job, Pottyware and amazon!

As a new grandparent, this is great for rinsing cloth diapers and to clean toddler's who are not quite potty trained. ;-) Makes cleaning up dirty jobs easy and fast. And the rust resistant stainless steel construction means we'll have this around when the next grand-kid is born.Great value!Thanks,Don

This is overall an excellent hand-held bidet. I've had and used a number of them over the years and the adjustable spray of this one, its sturdy and sleek design all make it one of the best. The only complaint I have is not with the bidet itself but the holder that attaches to the top of the toilet. It's design makes it actually difficult to access. Fortunately, I had holders from old ones that work better, even though they are too big for the spray so it doesn't look good, but they make it easier to reach.
