These are the best tongs ever. One side drains, the other side holds liquid. You could replace a slotted spoon, a serving spoon, and a pair of tongs with these. Japanese tools are the best, weather in the kitchen or in the workshop.

見た目はちょっと大きいなぁと思いましたが、使ってみると、とても良かったです。しっかり、がっしりと掴めるのにも関わらず、掴む部分がふっくらと包み込むような形状なので、食材を押し潰しにくいところがとても良かったです。

I wish these were a little heavier and easier to grip with, but I like them. Compared to a similar product sold by a well-known kitchen/cooking outfit, but half the price. Replaced three other pair of tongs in my kitchen drawer, so bonus!
