How will it get its power if I connect only with Bluetooth?

Rob… not sure my answer is helpful but I plugged the sound bar and base speaker into AC… also plugged the HDMI cable from the sound bar to my Hisense TV. The base speaker communicates with the sound bar by Bluetooth . Since both the TV and Sound Bar are Hisense it was very easy to set up. Noticed some of the reviews were lukewarm but for the price I found both TV & Sound bar very good! I hope this was helpful!

Can I use blue tooth to connect the hisense 214 sound bar to a hisense 43h4g roku tv?

With hdmi connection will the soundbar track the tv volume? i don't want to keep track of another remote.

I am using a HiSense TV (2021 model) with HDMI ARC port attached to SoundBar. I have a Amazon 4k FireStick (recent) - I use only the Firestick to control volume. That is my experience. I suggest you make sure your TV has an HDMI ARC (not simply an HDMI) - HDMI eARC would work too.

How far can the sound bar away from the TV I want to use it in front of my treadmill

I suppose it is limited by the length of the connecting cables you use. I've seen hdmi cables to about 25 feet, I think. Not sure I'd want to pay for them though! RCA cables can go further.
