Shaky
Just got this yesterday and spent a lot of time putting it together as it was shaky as hell and figured I must be doing something wrong. Nope. Each individual part is sturdy but to put it together to the point I feel "fairly" confident it won't fall apart with dishes on it I used twist ties to hold it together. Have not actually used it yet so drainage, etc remains to be seen. I hope it works because I love the design.

Make sure you have plenty of height space with your plates in it.
It just not my style and I do not care for the top rack. I felt like I had less room than my last one.I am returning it.It was easy to assemble.

Drainboard is crooked and rack not as usable as hoped
I knew the top rack might not be useful for my large plates since the cupboard is only 17" above my counter and I was right about that. My 10" dinner plates don't fit under it but my salad plates do as well as other smaller items. My pot lid didn't really because the rack separation isn't quite wide enough. The drainboard was crooked and I have to keep a rolled up rag underneath it or the whole thing will rock. (See first picture - board doesn't touch the counter at the back). Fortunately, the rag doesn't really show so it's pretty stable at this point. Another thing I didn't account for is that my sink sits above the counter so the drain just barely fits without pushing up the rack. The rack that fits on top does kind of make the underneath rack a little less usable. You can still put things underneath but bigger pots and pans are a bit of a tight fit when you really only have half a rack on the bottom. The rack itself it very well made - not flimsy and, I think, will last well. It was easy to put together (the video helped). The knife holder is helpful but won't handle really long knives. The holder itself isn't tightly put together but doesn't seem to cause any actual problems for use.The glass rack is useful for shorter glasses but I don't use larger glasses on it because I'm afraid they'll slip off. There's also not a lot of room between so some glasses will only fit every other one.So, ehn - not the worst rack in the world but also, not the best. kinda average so 3 stars.

Great space saving drying rack!
This is by far the best I have owned. Sturdy, all can fit in an organized way which facilitates the annoying process of storage. you can't go wrong with this one. Note that since all is organized the drying process is faster than others.

Love the 2 levels
Being a dishwasher-less home, this dish drying rack has come in handy ever single day. The multiple levels allows me more space to dry dishes and keeps them organized nicely. It is pretty sturdy, but the cutting board attachment seems to fall off more often than I’d like. The ability to funnel the water back into the sink is a great added feature.

A tiny bit small, but works good
I’m so glad to have a drying rack with a drain to the sink. I have a corner sink, so it’s always a bit difficult to set them up right for it. This really helps with that, though the spout isn’t very long at all. I also really like multiple tiers, but it can be a bit difficult to use underneath the upper part occasionally

Very Nice Looking, Sturdy, However the Feet are a little low to overcome a raised ceramic sink.
Positives:The rack itself is sturdy, neat in appearance, and will hold a variety of items. This is the first drying rack I've ever had that didn't drain off of one side of a bottom tray, but instead it has a center drain hole and a "trough" with "extension" capabilities to get it out over your sink wall. The Picture of the trough shows its MAX extension, so you have to have it CLOSE CLOSE to the sink.Negative:The only thing I don't like about it, is the height of the feet/base contacts of the rack. WAY TOO SHORT. I have Kohler ceramic sink, that sits an inch higher than the counter top. I had to temporarily rig up (2) pieces of 5/4" PT Decking board, cut 17" long to actually get the drain high enough to let the trough drain into the sink (as shown in pics). My wife is not going to let the Pressure Treated boards tacky up her kitchen counter for long. My recommendation to someone at the company would be do extend the legs higher, at least 5/4" to make the drain trough work properly.
