useful guide.
This book covers the fundamentals of SharePoint, such as its architecture, features, and benefits. It also provides step-by-step instructions on how to set up and configure SharePoint, as well as best practices for storing and organizing documents, using metadata and tagging, and securing data. Recommend!

Very Disappointing
This book claims to make you an expert in 7 days. It’s 140 pages, and 40 pages or more are given to the historical development of SharePoint since 2002 or something. Not really relevant to me developing something here and now. There are no diagrams or screenshots. It’s a large font, so not much detail per page. At best, it provides very high level guidance on what it can do, but not really much detail on how to do it.This is one of the worst books I’ve read in the hope of learning something. It’s close to a total waste of money

Informative book.
Microsoft SharePoint is a powerful tool for managing and accessing information in a digital environment. However, many users may not be aware of its full potential and how to use it effectively. In this book, James Holler provides a comprehensive and updated guide to help readers master SharePoint and revolutionize their information management.

Dreadful book! Almost useless!
This is the worst book I've ever bought! Dull, repetitive, and provides almost no useful information! I has sections that are absolute repeats of previous sections; it tells you broadly what to do but not how to do it. The book claims 'Become an Expert in 7 Days'. I'm new to Sharepoint... I read the book in about 2 hours, and I'm still non the wiser!! The book is so bad, I think it might even have been written by a machine! Don't waste your money.

Good
I need to stay up to date with IT systems due to my work as it really makes a huge difference as to what opportunities are available to you. The book gives great information and I feel way more confident after reading it, especially in regards to incorporating sharepoint with other Office 365 tools.

Disappointing
Author glosses over many areas without using any examples. Suggests many things you may try without implementation detail.I seriously doubt anyone would become, as the books' cover implies, "an expert in 7 days".Microsoft online help has better information and it's free.

Muy mal libro
Sinceramente muy mal libro para aprender. No hay ninguna imagen de donde se ubican los paneles y las opciones. Siceramente una perdida de dinero. No vale nada.

Is this a joke?
I was planning to brush up on my Sharepoint skills, and was ignorant enough to not read the reviews of this book. The pages look like they are written on a typewriter from the sixties, and the content gives incredibly little knowledge besides very standard tasks like clicking "New" on a list. If you are an IT professional, steer away from this book.

Light on useful content and repetitive
I was expecting this to be much better. This is lacking in usable information and the claims to becoming an expert in 7 days are a stretch if I'm being polite.

A decent guide for those who know nothing about Sharepoint.
This guide is a general overview of the history of Sharepoint, including each release and the main upgrades/updates. It explains the difference between OneDrive and Sharepoint - in both personal and business worlds - and takes you through the options you have.If you know nothing of the capabilities of the program, then definitely read through this. There is more to Sharepoint than just document storage - and this book will tell you about it!I like these overview books that teach the OPTIONS available to you - it gives you a place to start...and there is certainly a huge world out there of people who need this type of book (yes - this is to all of the negative people leaving reviews).
