I have been using this pillow for a month now. At first my neck had some discomfort after waking up. It was an adjustment. Now I have no neck pain. It’s comfortable on the neck and shoulders. I love the grooves for your arms, as I am someone who sleeps with my arms above head at times. The pillow is also cooling so that’s a bonus. I would recommend.
