What is the fiber content?

All of the ones I ordered from this listing as well as their regular non athletic wear listings are 92% polyester 8% spandex. However I've noticed some patterns fit more compressively than others

Where is the size chart? what would be my size i wear us pants 5 to 8?

Just to the right of the size drop down menu there is small print that says "size chart".  It lists waist measurements.  You could probably wear the "one size".  I had to jump up to "plus size".  But the return shipping is free if you need to exchange a size.

what is the difference between small and OS ?

Stats: 5'3 110lbs, 28"waist, 36" hips, thighs about 19/20" around. Don't like things skin tight.

Honestly it's difficult to compare since a listing usually offers 1 sizing scheme or the other, and the fit varies by style and even patterns sometimes.

Because I don't like my leggings skin tight I usually wear an L or Plus Size/ One Size Plus. I believe they are still poly/spandex like all their styles but they run larger and looser.

In their fleece lined leggings I found  Plus size too large. Those were made of a slippery outer material.

So really sizing is a guessing game. If you like things skin tight I recommend following the size chart by waist size. But if you like some give I suggest sizing up, though the waist will be a tad loose. While these do have a strip of elastic in them I find it doesn't dig even, even when I fold them over which is how I always wear them.
