Love the molded spaces for storing the pieces.
This is the Chess set I purchased for my husband for Father's Day. He has wanted to teach our children how to play. It is of good quality for the price, usually something cheap feels cheap, NOT the case here. I love that the pieces all have their own specific molded space in the back so nothing goes missing or bangs around when you are moving it around.

Great quality beginner's set for home and travel.
My MIL bought this set for my son's sixth birthday and it's a perfect set. The pieces look good and came as pictured (some cheap/starter quality sets have little definition in the pieces such that pawns, bishops, and rooks look similar, or the queen and king are hard to tell apart for kids). The inlaid foam for each piece is a tight fit, but I don't think it's hard to take the pieces out. Just push up from the base. This will help make sure he doesn't lose any pieces when he is putting it away compared to some other sets that just have bags or where they are loose. The board is a nice quality and the magnets make it to where the pieces don't easily fall over or get scattered if the board gets bumps. The clamps are decent quality and well attached. For $20 this set is a great value.
