Amazing mattress, brilliant sleep
I bought the Simba mattress for my Mum. I wouldn't describe it as a soft mattress, it's designed to support your body so it can't be soft. The Simba has revolutionised my Mum's aches and pains, they've disappeared. I'd recommend this matress to anyone who wants relief from pain and a good night's sleep!

Already showing signs of sagging after less than 4 weeks use.
Have even using the mattress for about 22 nights and it is already showing signs of sagging. It is very comfortable and ‘does what it says on the tin’ For such an expensive mattress I hope it lasts longer than the last one.(Conventional pocket sprung )

Mattress
I thought the mattress was ok, quite soft, however my wife has complained of worsening back pain since purchase. Wouldn't buy again

NOT FOR TUMMY SLEEPERS!
I have not slept properly for three years since I purchasedit . I have just got rid of it. Best decision! I feel better after just one week of skeeping on spring mattress. Simba is nor for TUMMY SLEEPERS. So if you think you can get over it, you won't. It gave me the worst sciatica ever. First, one thinks one needs to get used to it. Then, the disbelieve hits ( so expensive and so bad..this cannot be). Then, sleepless night,back spazm, low mood kick in. Until you realise it is all SIMBA. Zero stars. I hate this mattress with all my might.

Amazing Marketing
Guys honestly this is a classic case of everyone getting reeled in by glossy amazing marketing. Word of mouth spread and apparently simba were the next best thing. The reality is it's a very basic and frankly poorly made matress. There's a lot of BS about the 'technology' that's goes into it but you can feel the springs easily and after barely 6 months ours has permanent dipping (I'm 84kg). When you contact them they need all sorts of photo evidence to process claims etc etc. tbh it's not what you pay this kind of money for. Save your money and get a high end IKEA matress, it will last so much longer

Will begin to dip after a year
Mattress was great for a year but slowly started to dip either side. Other time this just got worse and worse. Tried to make a claim after 3 year but the "visible dip" was less than required for the time we had owned it. After 5 years the "visible dip" needs to be 70mm. That's just rediculous. I sleep on it, it's not a piece of artwork. Really feel ripped off with this one as a cheap spring mattress would have held up better.
