First, I didn't realize this is a synthetic form of malic acid. A few minutes after I ordered it, I tried to cancel but Amazon said it was too late. I was not informed that it was actually coming from a 3rd party seller. I returned to them and had to cover the shipping which was more than half what I paid for the supplement. When I reached out, both parties told me they were responsible. Needless to say, the experience left me underwhelmed with Amazon and Bulk Supplements.

I just want my money back!I've used malic acid (& countless other products from Bulk Supp.) & it had NO strong chemical smell. L-Malic acid is the natural version. D-malic acid is a manufactured chemical. I finally found the L version elsewhere. "dl-malic acid" is PRINTED ON THE PACKAGE, but NOT IN THE PICTURE! PURPOSEFULLY DECEPTIVE!
