I use these almost daily. Great for grip strength, easy to adjust the weigh, and honestky very durable on the handles. This has helped me develop my forearms greatly and ill continue to use them for years to come.Only problem is that it has a limit.Still highly recomend for those in fitness.

Very sturdy grips the only down side is the counter is a bit flimsy to turn backward to 0. But it doesn't affect how it works.

Great for exercising your hand grip and over time improve which is important as you age and lose muscle mass ! Good price too.

Does the job but can impossible to get both to the same weight. One of the counters fell out straight away and doesn’t stay in anymore

I’m a former bodybuilder. I’ve used many different devices over the years. But to be honest these strength building grips are very good.I love using these grips, it’s so good how you can increase the amount of pull on this device.Which enables you to see how much your strengthof grip is increasing. My son as purchased these grips,he loves them also. So yeah purchase them and see how much your grip improves 👍👍

They certainly do the job and they are easy to adjust, not sure how long they will last as they do feel a bit flimsy however they do work and they are a good affordable price

Para quem, assim como eu, tem uma diferença drástica de força de uma mão para outra em função de lesão, a possibilidade de ajustar a carga é excelente e o contador ajuda a entender se "valeu" a repetição. O mostrador do contador parece frágil, mas vejo isso como um atributo a mais e não algo que o produto DEVERIA oferecer, então está tudo ok.

This product will be integral to your daily life. It's highly adjustable and fits snugly no matter the hand size, and the grip is comfortable. Buy it.Let me warn you: I am lazy. I hate standing, I hate moving, and I hate anything that requires any form of long-term physical discomfort. I do however love to work out, I love to walk on a treadmill at max incline, I love lifting weights, and I enjoy a good sweat and massage. So I understand this seems paradoxical but it's really not.So imagine my surprise when I don't even have to get my big ass off the chair to get a good workout going!! No need for that rubber band, no need for barbells, no need for any form of effort beyond picking up some clickers and clicking them. It's easy, requires no preparation, and feels like lifting weights.It has a counter, the counter is pretty bad. It isn't aligned properly, it only goes to 99, and resetting it is a pain. So I don't plan to use it. Also, the metal spring on it is perfect. It is made where you can change the position of the spring which increases the resistance up to 130 pounds. However... this is not exactly true.I can easily max this out and do the 130-pound resistance however the problem is the thing starts to bend and the grip starts to move inwards and doesn't properly touch the other side causing the metal to bend. If you max this at 130 pounds for the long term, it will eventually bend and break. However, it's pure metal and it will take some effort to break. The grip is held against the spring by two large metal rods. So it's not like this product isn't very durable, it's durable.If you are like me, lazy, unmotivated, and just wanted to workout because you enjoy the feeling, and love to pick something up and build strength, this is for you. The whole reason I bought it was that this was the best bang for your buck, there are 2 of them for 20$ and I don't like having to switch it between my hands. I am that lazy.But, I do burn about 2000-3000 calories a week on the treadmill and other machines in the gym so this is a perfect little device for letting out a bit of energy while you are in your recovery period. I do wish it was capable of withstanding more than just 100 pounds but for me 100 pounds is perfect. I am 330 pounds with 24% bodyfat (around that.) and I can probably bench 350+. So trust me, if this works well for me, it will work extremely well for you.

The media could not be loaded. They are plastic but seem pretty sturdy. Time will tell. They feel really comfortable in your hand. Super simple to use and adjust. I actually didn’t notice the counter until after I received them. To adjust them the same I’d suggest to zero them out then turn them clockwise one whole revolution each separately to get to the resistance you want.They are totally worth it.
