These pills work wonders. Sometimes I’m feeling really irritable after a long day at work and I take these soon as I get home and it helps me to readjust my mood wine down. It doesn’t have any addictive ingredients in it which is also a plus. I highly recommend this supplement.

My husband has pretty has little to no energy throughout the day after working so we tested these out for a week. His mood has been 10x better , & he has a lot more energy throughout the day. He usually hates taking pills but did not mind waking up and taking these before breakfast.

So far I haven’t had any odd side effects (always leery of weird things happening with supplements). I feel I’m a bit more energized and in a better mood and not super stressed. Obviously this doesn’t take all the stressors away, however the managing of stress seems to help a little! I feel I can also sleep better without thoughts racing I’m just a bit more calm!

After coming home from work, I usually grab a glass of wine, I decided to try this product instead. It's worked great, I feel calm and relaxed but not drowsy, I like the calmness in my mind and the feeling of tension relief.
