It's Grohe... need I say more?
We've been using Grohe for a long time, in many houses that we lived in or remodeled and they always match the hype - easy to install, high quality, great design that lends elegance to the bathrooms and kitchens. This bathroom turned out great with the help of these faucets. The stainless steel finish matches well with the brushed nickel of all the other fixtures, knobs and pulls included, but also with the silvery-champagne color of the mirror's frame. I was afraid that they will have aerators that will constrain the pressure of the water, but the flow is great too.

Excellent quality, looks great and smooth operating
I bought this as a replacement for another Grohe bathroom faucet that was worn out after approx. 15 years. This one had a slightly different look but it was close to the original. It is beautiful and it works as well as any I have had. I found the price very reasonable and I'm completely satisfied.

Nickel is yellow, chrome uses non Grohe drain
We first installed the chrome version, then the brushed nickel in the other bath. The brushed nickel is very yellow - a cross between brushed nickel and brushed brass. Faucet, three hole cover, and drain are same color. It's not unattractive, but it doesn't match towel bars, drawer pulls and such - and that's kinda OK. The drain on the brushed nickel is completely different and much better quality than the chrome drain - it is Grohe quality - because only Grohe can make the yellow brushed nickel color. Anyone can make a chrome drain so they source it elsewhere. The chrome drain is decent - just not Grohe quality. Overall, not unhappy, but 4 stars not 5.

Grohe quality, reasonable price
Quality hardware, easy installation, perfectly smooth operation. Feed lines are plenty long enough to reach my wall stub-outs. The drain-closing stem tended to flop around at first, so I slipped a piece of vinyl tubing over the drain lever and through the stem connector hole - now it's centered and stable.

Great quality
This faucet looks amazing in our new bathroom. There is a definite weight when lifting the handle to turn on the water that feels like quality. This is easy to keep clean. All of our bathroom fixtures are Grohe, it is a little more expensive but worth it. We are getting ready to do another bathroom and I will be purchasing again! Easy to install, just a few minutes.

Easy to install and beautiful to use!
Very good replacement faucet or for new install. Easy to install with one washer and one nut. Water lines pre-attached and generously long. Comes with new drain assy but not the base cover plate if you are installing over 3 holes in sink. Order plate separately. The chrome finish is gorgeous and flawless. Will instantly modernize your bathroom. You will love this faucet!

Beautiful and stylish, can be better
Overall, this is a very good product with beautiful and stylish design. But it will be more user friendly if comes with a longer screw, and replaceable water pipe. Had to get a longer screw from home depot. Had a similar Grohe faucet and had to replace the whole thing after a water pipe was busted.

Absolutely perfect
This is an amazing faucet and even better value. I am kitchen remodeler and have done multiple $100K and above kitchens and assorted additions. This was for my kid's bath and I have never gone wrong with Grohe. For this price, this is the steal of the century. Hoses AND drain included. Small issue with the tail piece leaking; just needed some teflon tape where it was not indicated on the admittedly fairly poor directions, BTW, WTF is up with these pictoral-only directions these days?!. They are sooo insufficient.

Well made and looks good.
It is well made, a bit large for my small sink but looks good and works great.

Fine Faucet But New Drain Assembly Needs Work
Grohe Eurosmart 3264200A faucet looks good and operates well. Faucet itself installs easily, but Grohe has changed the design of the drain assembly recently and that needs work. (New assembly is Model 405 331 045 (vs 28 957 original)). The included user manual and the online documentation still refer to the original more robust drain assembly. I called Grohe and they confirmed that they have changed the drain assembly that ships with this faucet. The new drain assembly seems to be the same as the American Standard M953450-002A also sold on Amazon. Reviews of that product show a lot of buyers run into drain leaks when installing the new assembly - just as I did on initial installation - with small leaks in three areas under the sink. To avoid leaks, ensure that during installation you first add several layers of teflon tape along the threads of the assembly that the large hex nut travels over and to the threads of the drain tail piece extension that screws in below the pop-up assembly portion of the drain. Also add a little bit of plumbers putty around the drain opening under the sink where the moulded rubber washer will be tightened. The new assembly design has a very short upper portion of the drain and it makes connection to the lower portion of the drain more difficult, requiring manipulation of the large moulded washer down over the threads on the lower portion to get enough extension to be able to screw in the short upper drain piece (which itself has plumbers putty under it). There is a second black rubber washer included (as-delivered it is mounted above the moulded rubber washer). We put it below the moulded rubber washer when installing for extra cushioning when tightening the hex nut. (The instructions do not mention this extra washer at all.) The new drain assembly also has a lower grade and more floppy connection mechanism for the pop-up rod to connect to the pop-up lever under the sink, but it is workable. We added a couple of twist-ties to tighten up the pop-up rod to lever assembly connection. An additional point to note re the faucet itself - There is quite a gap at the back of the faucet between the faucet handle/cap and the faucet body. About the size of a small finger tip. It looks a little unusual (if you look from behind) and it will be a bit difficult to clean. It would be good for Grohe to consider a design modification to reduce the size of this gap by making the cap/body curving mesh together a bit tighter (other single-handle faucet designers have managed to do this). As a further suggestion to Grohe, it would be good for the gasket that goes under the faucet body (that goes between the faucet and the sink) to be designed such that it will stay in position on its own when placed under the faucet body as part of the installation. It would be a simple change to make and it would definitely ease installation.
