I found some good things in this book, and some that I've read in a number of other books. It's more of a reference book for me. It's not one that I would go out and buy again, but it's ok.

A good book, very informative and written by a doctor. All nutrient requirements are listed and explained, he refers to ailments and what juicing is good for this. As a cancer patient, I have found it very informative indeed and shall be trying the recipes he supplies too.
